I always wanted to work with my hands: heal, hold, offer support, create and connect.
The process of being fully present with another person allows me to drop back into the sacredness of this beautiful constellation, called: being-to-being communication.
And that is the most essential form of healing and transformation that exists – in my opinion.
It is the full, authentic and undisturbed presence that holds everything.
My name is Loren. I am a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and intuitive healer, using a wide range of techniques that allow me to have a deeper insight into more subtle realities and layers of my surrounding.
As a child, I learned several Tibetan healing methods and was in awe of the potential they have. In my teenage years, I was already practicing Reiki, Prananadi, meditation, self-healing.
The purpose of my work is to help to facilitate others on a self-healing journey that reveals their unfulfilled potentials, capabilities and gifts. Holistic Coaching is also part of my work which I constantly bring into my private sessions, workshops and classes.
I am a certified doula, compassionate facilitator and humble space holder for mothers,-and families-to-be, before, during and after their pregnancies. A doula is also a person who supports teenage children (and parents) to cope and understand sexuality, sensuality and the changes in their bodies, emotions and thoughts.
What I mostly enjoy doing is dancing, writing, giving workshops in these fields as well as
one-on-one sessions, remotely and with hands-on.
Yoga was also a very powerful tool in my life since I was a child. It was probably the first practice I got into in kindergarten. I became a yoga teacher and very soon my body was calling for somatic and improvisational movement practices.
This is how I met Contact Improvisation, Body-Mind-Centering, Feldenkrais, Ideokinesis, Axis Syllabus and other somatically enriched practices that inspired my work in many ways and brought me to a place of deep understanding about my gifts and potentials.
I am researching and investigating movement, healing arts and self-development through the eyes of non-duality.
