Welcome to our “Present for the Soul – 7 Day self-growth program“.
One quick reminder: You will receive each email every 24 hours, therefore I recommend that you always wait until the next morning to start. This way you will have the whole day to feel the affect and put it into the “real practice” (your daily life).
On this course, we will investigate how to gain insight into how we, humans operate. Through various sets of techniques, we will learn from our emotional, physical and psychological signals how to find balance in our life again.
Slowing down is probably the most challenging practice and process in our lives.
We all face situations where we react from a fear-based and non-present place. Where our only resources are unhealthy and painful patterns.
These patterns are like messengers. They are telling us that something that we are doing isn’t right and we have to change to evolve.
What if we learned to handle these situations from a more relaxed and calm state?
What if we took our time to train ourselves – just like we train our muscles or our brain – to learn something new which we can use to improve the quality of our lives?
Let’s take the example of learning to play a new instrument. We practice to be able to improvise and enjoy the purpose of the instrument, right?
By becoming aware of our soma – the living experience of our inner body – we access something more intelligent than our mentally constructed world.
We drop into the felt sense of our direct experience. Through the body.
Our body is a perfectly designed instrument that enables us to experience life happening, moving and unfolding inside as well as all around us.
I believe that by observing our bodies we get closer and closer to the often described place, called: Here and Now.

We can become acutely aware of what’s going on inside as well as outside of this mind-body continuum so we are free to navigate through life in a flow of ease and joy.
This is the essence of this course.
I am aware that any form of practice takes a great amount of effort, dedication and strength and we don’t always feel like we can continue with it.
I strongly encourage you to take this step toward a healthier and balanced lifestyle.
That “right” moment when everything will be nice in your life, and you will be able to do this program properly, will never come! These are not something you should do when “you can do it properly”, or when you “have enough time”. Do them the best way you can and do them right away!

How to prepare?
- Create a cozy, relaxed and silent corner for your practice
- Use a yoga mat, cushion or blankets – and anything you need to beautify the atmosphere
- Find a notebook + pen that you will use for these 7 days and the upcoming courses.
- Start by writing your intention for this program, something you want to focus on, call into your life, generate or create with these days. Let that be the first thing you write in your notebook
- Take it slow – word by word, breath by breath, moment by moment.
- Commit yourself to do this! Bring your best self into the practices – only reading about the days will not bring any change into your life. Do them right away!
